AW operates a Project Management Organisation that is integrated across all sites. Depending on the size of the program this could range from full on-site support consisting of a Chief Engineer, Project Manager and Technical Experts to a single Project Manager and Integrated Project Team located at the relevant Product Center of Excellence.
The New Product Introduction of a sensor follows a gated process which adheres to PMI principles for project management. The NPI process has suitable flexibility and agility to cope with projects of all sizes and complexities and allows Auxitrol Weston to focus on meeting customer, quality and production requirements, whilst maintaining the rigour and control of a gated process.
